I have't written in a while because too much has been going on. I work with small children so have had at least 3 different flu's so far. The last one had me down for 10 days. Luckily I can make tiaras while lounging on the sofa. I have been busy making some really fun tiaras that I like to call my Diva Line. There are tiny disco balls on some of them and all are really fun.
When it snows, like it is right now, I have to park my car way up on my hill and take everything in and out of the house via sled. Not too much fun going up, but I usually get to ride it on the way down. I have only hit the side of the garage once and no injuries, but my mother just knows that one day she will get the call that I have broken both legs and knocked myself silly and have been laying in the snow for three days. Let's hope not. But when you have to hike in and out, it really makes you rethink your purchases. I rarely lose things going down hill, but going up is another story. Usually whatever slides off, contiues down the drive to the house. My purse is usually the first to fall off and it can't be left behind so I have to safely park the sled, walk down, retrieve the item and hike back up.
My favorite new accessories are my Yaktrax. If you don't know what they are, look them up and get some. You can thank me later. All I can tell you is that I fell down regularly before I got them and now walk without a fear of falling. No stiff legged shuffling for me.
Please go to the website and check out the new flowers and collage tiaras. I put four new ones up last weekend and will try for at least that many this weekend. I am also working on my show calendar and will be updating as they come in. Anyone know of any good shows that you think would be a good fit for my tiaras?? Please let me know.
Stay safe and warm.
